La scienza del panico a Palermo
Lunedì 28 aprile 2014 presso il cinema Ariston di Palermo l’Associazione Flavio Beninati presenterà il documentario La ciencia del pànico (La scienza del panico) che racconta una versione sconvolgente della natura del “virus” dell’ AIDS attraverso le testimonianze di scienziati e “sopravvissuti”.

El domingo 1 de diciembre se aprovechará la convocatoria del “Día Internacional de la Lucha contra el SIDA” para proyectar de forma gratuita “La ciencia del pánico” a las 18:30h en la CGT de Málaga.
Este documental de Isabel Otaduy Sömme y Patrizia Monzani indaga en esta cuestión desde la realidad que viven las personas afectadas por un diagnóstico que es cuestionado por un número cada vez mayor de científicos y médicos.
Si quieres conocer ese fenómeno llamado SIDA desde una visión crítica con los sistemas sanitarios actuales tienes una cita ineludible.

Cinemautonome è il progetto di ricerca di Nomadica. Unisce decine di lungometraggi, documentari, cortometraggi, film d’animazione sperimentale, e poi interviste, frammenti in produzione, spettacoli. Divise in poche sezioni di ricerca, queste opere si differenziano radicalmente nei linguaggi, nelle forme, nei metodi produttivi, pur possedendo, a nostro avviso, degli invisibili tratti comuni.
Nomadica è un
circuito autonomo per il cinema di ricerca, una struttura dalle
molteplici progettualità proiettate verso nuove possibilità di
produzione, sostegno e diffusione di autori e artisti che lavorano in
modo autonomo. Nomadica nasce per sostenere dei film che per linguaggio,
stile, temi trattati, non rientrano nello sterile oligopolio
dell’industria cinematografica.
Composto da centinaia di opere di varie nazionalità, suddivise in più processi di ricerca, il circuito è una struttura prismatica che intreccia varie progettualità di sviluppo a spazi, società, paesaggi di senso, sempre differenti. Nomadica è attivo oggi in Italia, Messico, Francia, Uruguay.

Domenica 2 dicembre a Livorno proiezione del documentario La Scienza del Panico organizzata da Friend-LI.

Il tema dell'HIV e quello dell'AIDS sono sempre stati collegati al mondo omosessuale, in particolare maschile, oltre che alla tossicodipendenza o ad altri gruppi sociali, le cosiddette "categorie a rischio".
Se negli ultimi anni si è avuta la percezione che il rischio del contagio avesse iniziato a riguardare anche gli "eterosessuali" (tra virgolette perché non ci piacciono le definizioni bloccate) in realtà si osserva che l'associazionismo di stampo LGBTQI a livello mondiale è ancora molto impegnato sul tema, in varie forme.
Friend-LI sostiene senza dubbio l'uso di precauzioni per evitare il rischio di contrarre o trasmettere malattie sessualmente trasmissibili.
Condivide l'impegno delle associazioni (e altri) a diffondere tale coscienza e comprende i pericoli legati alla diffusione di informazioni controverse, specialmente sul delicato tema della salute.
Tuttavia ritiene fondamentale promuovere un confronto sereno e plurale tra punti di vista molto diversi, per consentire ad ognuno di maturare la propria opinione e approfondire le sue conoscenze.

Il ROME DOCSCIENT FESTIVAL è uno showcase di produzioni ad alto contenuto scientifico:
dalla divulgazione scientifica, al documentario di intrattenimento, al
materiale di archivio. Il festival è interessato a qualsiasi documento
divulgativo che scaturisca da una ricerca eseguita in qualsiasi
disciplina, dalle scienze esatte a quelle umane, senza restrizioni
relative a durata, anno di realizzazione, tematiche affrontate.
L’iniziativa intende promuovere e rendere disponibile al pubblico
produzioni documentaristiche realizzate da università, enti ricerca
pubblici e privati, imprese ad elevato contenuto tecnologico e case di
produzione, promuovendo il dialogo fra i soggetti interessati al fine
di favorire la realizzazione di documentari di alta qualità ed elevato
contenuto scientifico.

También tendremos el placer de estar acompañados de Manuel Garrido Sotelo, una de las personas que aparecen el el documental y que vendrá desde Galicia para poder contestar a todas las posibles preguntas que surjan en el debate.
Sinopsis:
Es muy posible, tal y como revelan los hechos en este documental, que en el tema del SIDA exista un fraude colosal: el silencio, la censura a la que están obligados los científicos disidentes, también los galardonados con el Premio Nobel; la falta de pruebas fiables sobre la relación VHI-SIDA; los tests de resultados equívocos; los orígenes del AZT y sus terribles efectos secundarios; los extraños casos de tantos supervivientes de largo plazo que no toman medicación de parejas serodiscordantes que no se han contagiado, de recién-nacidos que negativizan el virus o bien nacen sin él. Los efectos secundarios de los medicamentos contra el SIDA que se prescriben en la actualidad provocan enfermedades tan graves como la supuesta acción del propio virus.
¿No será que hay un interés por no encontrar la cura del SIDA? Después de casi 30 años de investigación y millones de dólares invertidos han convertido el SIDA en una enfermedad crónica que causa la dependencia de los fármacos a miles de personas con el consiguiente aumento de los beneficios de la industria que mueve el VIH.
Muchos científicos y personalidades disidentes opinan que el SIDA tiene un origen tóxico causado por drogas y malas condiciones de vida. En África se llama SIDA a las enfermedades endémicas de la pobreza: tuberculosis, hongos, neumonía... Peter Duesberg sostiene que el origen del SIDA occidental está en la plaga de psicotrópicos con que la humanidad convive desde los años 70, así como el abuso indiscriminado de todo tipos de fármacos para solventar los efectos secundarios de uso de drogas recreativas, la mala vida, además de otras circunstancias inmunodepresoras.

¿No será que hay un interés por no encontrar la cura del SIDA? Después de casi 30 años de investigación y millones de dólares invertidos han convertido el SIDA en una enfermedad crónica que causa la dependencia de los fármacos a miles de personas con el consiguiente aumento de los beneficios de la industria que mueve el VIH.
Miles de científicos niegan que el SIDA sea un problema de naturaleza infecciosa o transmisible, dudando incluso de la existencia del virus VIH. Los testimonios de numerosas personas que se mantienen sanas sin necesidad de fármacos antiretrovirales ponen de manifiesto que la inmunodeficiencia adquirida es un problema corregible cuyo origen es tóxico y nutricional.

By the Australian aboriginals there is a temporal dimension, which is suspended between the present and the mythical time of the creation, during which the ancestors have expressed (=created) everything through songs, gestures, words. The aboriginals retrace the ways of the mythical beings - the ancient “Ways of the Songs”, which are visible only to their eyes - repeating the words and the sounds of the ancestors who, during interminable travels through an empty desert continent, made the world exist by singing it. Every stone, every source, every water point, spot of eucalyptuses, represents a concrete trace of a sacred drama: the all continent can be read like a musical score. Things only exist when they are perceived and named. Still today, every baby inherits one section of song for birth’s right. Its strophes are an inalienable private property and they delimit its territory. It has the right to lend them along one “way of the song” and to acquire the right of passage from its neighbors, receiving aid and hospitality. The man who leaves in walkabout (the ritual travel) walks and sings the strophes of its ancestors, without changing neither a word, neither a note. In this way he re-creates the Created. By naming it, he makes the world exist, naming it, he orients himself in the world.
When I read for the first time what the walkabout of the aboriginals is, I immediately thought of me, living in different countries and different towns. I thought of the meaning that I give to the places I have lived in, of the reference points I’ve found there and then lost, of the languages I’ve learned, of terms, words and meanings which bundle in the mind, confusing and enriching the ability to express myself. In the same way the places, the cities, the memories, the ways are overlapped in my memory. How do I orient myself? Where am I going? How coming back? And where to? Is this kind of travel also a ritual one?
THE PROJECT
The idea is to realise a documentary about a “new” kind of emigrants: those who leave for a short period, and then decide not to go back or postpone the decision from year to year, without being able to explain why. Young well-educated people move and then move again and again, without getting younger.
Like me: I left Italy for a six-month university exchange and stayed more than 4 years in Paris, than I moved to Chemnitz, in Germany, and three years ago to Berlin. What happens to our roots, to our lives, in our interpersonal relationships? Has a new social status been born, is it what this new Europe wishes?
When can we speak of integration and what does it mean? The fact of being a foreigner seems to grant more freedom, but non-integration is the other face of that freedom… I think that it is fundamental to ask ourselves which kind of changes, in the lives of people and in our society in general, are brought about by this new emigration flux; which kind of integration and enrichment turn out, in terms of thought and culture.
In order to inquire into the various modalities of living in a foreign country, I’ll not just collect and document different experiences, but moreover express them in a visual way. I intend to underline the common feelings the characters have about some places, towns, periods of their life, even if they lived in different countries, and they have taken different decisions about leaving, going back or staying where they are (decisions that of course are never definitive ones); but I’m also going to differentiate their worlds and visions of the world in a stylistic form. Places, cities, houses, objects will be present in the interviews and in the filmic narration, but always filtered through the character’s eyes.
